Who would have thought that after so many years of writing spanking stories and scripting videos, this side of my life would one day be taken over by my wife?
I’m not complaining — not in the slightest. In fact, it has given me more free time to pursue other things I enjoy. But it still feels surreal.
For as long as I can remember, my wife showed absolutely no interest in the spanking scene. None whatsoever. The closest she ever came was attending a gathering at the Kane office a few weeks after George Harrison-Marks passed away. It was a bittersweet occasion, and she met many of the people who had been part of George’s world: his longtime business partner Peter, the lovely Paula Meadows, the inimitable Pearly King Larry Barnes (better known as Sir Larry Greythorpe,) Earl Grey, Maltravers aka Will Scarlet, and many others.
People naturally asked if she was “into” the scene. Her answer was always the same — a polite but firm “No.” She remained an observer, never a participant.
So you can imagine my surprise when, months later, she began asking to watch the videos I had edited for the clip sites.
Then came the questions.
“Do girls really enjoy having their bottoms spanked and caned? It looks so painful.”
I explained that some women genuinely enjoy it, while others do it for the money. She listened thoughtfully.
Her curiosity didn’t stop there. “And do guys enjoy being beaten hard?” she asked one evening.
I found the question rather strange, especially since she had seen plenty of FemDom images on the affiliate sites I worked with. Of course, I knew many men actively seek out and enjoy being spanked, caned, or strapped — sometimes very severely.
I wondered where this sudden interest was leading. I didn’t have to wait long to find out.
“How would you feel if I wrote the stories for the website and clip sites?” she asked one afternoon.
“Do you actually want to?” I replied, somewhat taken aback.
Her answer was immediate and firm: “Yes.”
She added, “I want my own Mistress Eleise X account, and I want to be added to your main account as well and I want my own website..”
I was stunned. Although I had some reservations deep down, I was quietly pleased. Still, I wasn’t entirely convinced it would happen, so I didn’t think much more about it.
Then one day she asked if she could use my old MacBook Pro. I handed it over, half-expecting nothing to come of it. To my genuine surprise, she started writing.
Her very first story ended with the line: Written by Mistress Eleise.
When I asked why she had chosen that name, she smiled and said she liked how it sounded. It was a variation of her legal name — one she didn’t want to use publicly — though she occasionally used her maiden name, Courtney.
And just like that, Mistress Eleise was born.
